Cancellation policy:
In the event that you cancel your registration before 12.00 noon on Monday 22nd September 2014 a full refund is available, less 25% Admin fee. Cancellations received after 12.00 noon on Monday 22nd September, will receive no refund. You may nominate a substitute from your company up to Monday 29th September at 12.00 noon without an extra charge.
